The rosehip fruit is a remedy of plant origin. Pharmacological activity of rosehip fruit is mainly determined by the complex of vitamins (B vitamins, vitamin E, vitamin P, betacarotene) and, primarily, ascorbic acid.

The rosehip decoction stimulates nonspecific resistance of the body, increases tissue regeneration and synthesis of hormones, reduces vascular permeability and participates in carbohydrate metabolism, has anti-inflammatory properties.

How to take, the dosage

Two filter packs (4 g) are placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover and infuse for 15 minutes, occasionally pressing down on the bags with a spoon, then they squeeze.

The volume of the resulting infusion bring boiled water to 200 ml.

It is taken orally warm after a meal: adults and children over 12 years – 1/2 cup 2 times a day, children from 6 to 12 years – 1/4 cup 2 times a day, 3 to 5 years – 2 tablespoons 2 times a day, from 1 year to 2 years – 1 tablespoon 2 times a day, children from 6 months to 1 year – 1-2 teaspoons a day.

It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.
