Special instructions

In the case of rapid administration of a large volume, it is necessary to monitor the acid-base status and electrolyte levels. A change in blood pH leads to a redistribution of K+ (a decrease in pH leads to an increase in K+ in the blood serum).

Freezing the drug, provided the container remains sealed, is not a contraindication to the use of the drug. If the contents of the container become cloudy, do not use.

When combining with other drugs, it is necessary to visually monitor compatibility.

Composition

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, hypernatremia, hyperchloremia, acidosis, severe heart failure, cerebral edema, pulmonary edema, chronic renal failure, concomitant therapy with glucocorticosteroids.
