Rehydron Bio is used to restore the water-electrolyte balance as well as to maintain normal intestinal microflora.

Rehydron Bio contains electrolytes, the lack of which is noted in dehydration and fluid loss in children and adults (for example, diarrhea, fever, etc.).

Involved glucose is a source of energy that provides the basic needs of the body.

The bacteria Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG contribute to the restoration and maintenance of normal intestinal microflora, the prebiotic component maltodextrin stimulates the growth of Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG and normal intestinal microflora.

Indications

In dehydration and other conditions associated with loss of fluids and salts by the body (e.g. diarrhea, fever, etc.).

In case of disruption of normal intestinal microflora.

The timely use of Rehydron Bio may prevent the occurrence of electrolyte disorders and acidosis.

Composition

Glucose 85 mmol/l.

Sodium (Na+) 60 mmol/l/ Chlorine (Cl-) 50 mmol/l.

The total osmolarity of Regidron Bio solution is 225 mmol/l.

The content of L ionized bacteria Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG -1×10 9 CFU.

The osmolality of Regidron solution is 225 mcm/L.

How to take, the dosage

Ingestion.

The contents of the two sachets (A and B) are dissolved in 200 ml of water at room temperature before taking. If it is not certain that the water is suitable for drinking, it should be boiled and cooled before preparing the solution. The concentration of salts and glucose in the prepared solution promotes optimal absorption of the active ingredients.

The prepared solution should be used within 24 hours.

Contraindications

Overdose

Symptoms: when administering Regidron solution in high volume or excessive concentration hypernatremia is possible (weakness, neuromuscular agitation, drowsiness, confusion, coma, sometimes even respiratory arrest); in patients with impaired renal function metabolic alkalosis may develop, which is manifested by decreased ventilation, neuromuscular agitation and tetany convulsions.

Treatment: in case of significant overdose a physician’s control is required. Correction of electrolyte and fluid balance should be carried out on the basis of laboratory data.
