Before, during or after pregnancy is recommended as a dietary food supplement as a source of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (docosahexaenoic acid), an additional source of vitamins C, E, D3, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, folate, B12, biotin, macro-and micronutrients: zinc, iron, iodine, selenium, for women planning pregnancy, as well as for pregnant and lactating women.
