Polysorb is taken to:

• stop diarrhea quickly,

How to take, the dosage

First, Polysorb is always taken as a water suspension, that is, the powder is mixed with 14 – 12 cups of water, and is never taken dry orally.

Second, the amount of powder to take depends on body weight, which means you need to know the approximate weight of the adult or child who will drink it. There can be no overdose, which removes the concern in determining the dose.

Interaction

When using Polisorb MF at the same time with other drugs may reduce the therapeutic effect of the latter.

Special Instructions

When taking Polisorb MP for a long time (more than 14 days) the absorption of vitamins and calcium may be impaired, in this connection it is recommended to take preventive measures of multivitamins and drugs containing calcium.

Polysorb MF powder may be used topically to stop bleeding from small wounds as well as in treatment of septic wounds, trophic ulcers and burns.

When taking Polisorb® MP for more than 14 days, impairment of absorption of vitamins and calcium is possible; in this regard, preventive therapy with multivitamin drugs and calcium is recommended.

Overdose

There are currently no data on overdose of the drug Polisorb MF.

Pregnancy use

Prescribing Polisorb MF during pregnancy has no adverse effect on the fetus.

When using Polisorb MP during lactation no adverse effects on the baby have been found.

Polysorb MP may be used during pregnancy and lactation when indicated and in recommended doses.
