Vitamin C increases the effect and side effects of antimicrobials from the sulfonamide group (including the appearance of crystals in the urine).
The simultaneous administration of diuretics from the thiazide group increases the possibility of hypercalcemia.

It is possible that the urine may turn yellow – it is absolutely harmless and is explained by the presence of riboflavin in the drug.
It is not recommended to take Picovit together with other drugs containing vitamins and minerals.
High doses of glycerol may cause headache, gastrointestinal disorders (diarrhea).
Pikovit contains azo dyes E 124 and E 110, which may cause a hypersensitivity reaction with an asthmatic component. Such reactions are more common in patients with hypersensitivity to acetylsalicylic acid.
