Pharmacological properties

Pharmacodynamics

The drug is of plant origin, regulates metabolic processes in cartilage. Has a symptomatic anti-inflammatory, analgesic effect on the joints. Helps to slow the degenerative process in the cartilage of the joints, reduces pain in the joints associated with this process, restores motor function.

In carried out experimental studies, it was proved that the product has a regenerating effect on cartilage by stimulating the synthesis of collagen in articular chondrocytes. The action of unsaponifiable compounds of soybean oil and avocado oil increases collagen production and inhibits the stimulating effect of interleukin-1 (IL-1) on collagenase synthesis.

The unsaponifiable compounds of soybean oil and avocado oil:

– increase the production of plasminogenesis activator inhibitor, thereby reducing cartilage damage, both indirectly through stimulation of metalloproteinases and by directly affecting cartilage by activating degradation of proteoglycans, which prevents cartilage breakdown;

– increase the activity of transforming growth factor 01 (TGF) in chondrocytes, which has powerful anabolic properties;

– regulate the synthesis of macromolecules of articular cartilage intercellular substance and are a powerful stimulator of synthesis of macromolecule hyaline cartilage as well as periodontal tissue, preventing tooth loss.

Indications

– complex therapy of osteoarthritis of knee and hip joints of stage I – III.

– adjuvant therapy of periodontitis.

Active ingredient

Composition

Composition per capsule:

The active ingredients: avocado oil unsaponifiable compounds 100 mg, soybean oil unsaponifiable compounds 200 mg.

Excipients: butyl hydroxytoluene 0.03 mg, colloidal silicon dioxide 7 mg. Capsule shell composition:

Capsule body: titanium dioxide 2%, gelatin up to 100%.

Capsules cap: titanium dioxide 2%, gelatin to 100%.

Binding solution (composition for sealing the capsule): polysorbate-80 0.25 mg, gelatin 5.75 mg. Composition of TekPrint™ SW-9008 Black Ink for capsule labeling: shellac, ethanol, isopropanol, butanol, propylene glycol, concentrated ammonia solution, potassium hydroxide, black iron oxide.

How to take, the dosage

Take orally 1 capsule daily, preferably in the morning with a meal, with 250 ml of water. The course of treatment is b months. Extension of duration and repeated courses of treatment are possible after consultation with a physician.

Side effects

Allergic reactions are possible.

Extremely rare increases in the following laboratory parameters are possible: transaminases, alkaline phosphatase, bilirubin and gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase.
