A herbal sedative.

The infusion of the collection has a sedative (sedative), antispasmodic effect.

Indications

Elevated nervous irritability, sleep disorders (insomnia), neurocirculatory dystonia of the hypertensive type, gastrointestinal spasms – in the treatment.

Posterberry herb 25 %

Sage herb 25 %

Thyme herb 25 %

Valerian rhizomes with roots 17 %

Donnica herb 8 %

How to take, the dosage

About 5 g (1 tablespoon) of the collection is placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover and heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool for 45 minutes at room temperature, strain, squeeze the remaining raw material. The volume of the resulting infusion bring boiled water to 200 ml.

The drug is taken orally warm 1/3 cup 4 times a day 20-30 minutes before a meal.

The course of treatment is 10-14 days, the break between courses of treatment is 10 days.

It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.

Interaction

Enhances the effects of sleeping pills and other drugs that depress the central nervous system.

Special Instructions

The long-term use of this tincture in high doses may decrease the speed of psychomotor reactions, which should be considered when driving vehicles and operating machinery.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug; pregnancy, breastfeeding.

The use in children under 12 years of age

It is not recommended without the approval of the physician, due to the lack of sufficient clinical data.

Side effects

Allergic reactions are possible.

Overdose

When prolonged use of the infusion in doses higher than recommended, muscle weakness, drowsiness, decreased performance are possible.

Treatment: symptomatic.
