The plantain: has antispasmodic, laxative, anti-inflammatory effects.

Dill: has antispasmodic and carminative effects, increases the secretion of digestive glands.

How to take, the dosage

Adults and children over 14 years old take 2 tablets in the evening with meals.

The tablets should be chewed.

The laxative effect occurs after 8-12 hours.

If necessary, the single dose can be increased up to 4 tablets.

The duration of administration is 2 weeks.

The course can be repeated if necessary.
