Gastric collection number 3 has anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, choleretic and mild laxative effect.

Indications

Gastrointestinal spasms, constipation (as a mild laxative).

Active ingredient

Composition

Active substances:

Cruciferous bark – 30%;

Nettle leaves – 30%;

peppermint leaves – 20 %;

valerian rhizomes with roots – 10 %;

ayre rhizomes – 10 %.

How to take, the dosage

About 5 g (1 tablespoon) of the collection is placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover and heat in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, cool it 10 minutes at room temperature, strain.

The remaining raw material is squeezed.

The volume of the resulting broth is adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml.

Contraindications

– Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug,

– intestinal obstruction,

– spastic constipation,

– bleeding,

– acute abdominal syndrome,

– appendicitis,

– other inflammatory processes in the abdomen,

– pregnancy,

– breastfeeding period.

Side effects

Allergic reactions are possible.

With long-term use, a feeling of thirst, headache, heart pain, weight loss, weakening or lack of laxative effect, constipation may occur.
