1-2 filter packs are placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover and infused for 30-35 minutes, take 1 cup 2 times a day for 30 minutes before meals for 1.5-2 months, after which it is recommended to take a break for 10-20 days, then the course can be repeated again.
