Phyto Novo-Sed extract liquid, 100 ml

Phyto Novo-Sed is a sedative phytopreparation.

It also has anxiolytic properties, improves cerebral circulation; has an activating effect on the liver detoxifying system (on cytochrome P₄₅₀ and glutathione transferase), increases resistance to physical stress.

Pharmacokinetics

The action of Phyto Novo-Sed is the combined action of its components, so kinetic observations are not possible.

Indications

Neurotic reactions accompanied by irritability, insomnia, anxiety, fear, headaches.

Active ingredient

Composition

1000 ml of liquid extract for oral administration contains:

Echinacea purpurea herb 62.5 g,

melissa herb medicinal 125 g,

rosehip fruit 125 g,

hawthorn fruits 62.5 g,

Posterberry herb 125 g,

Auxiliary substances:

Ethyl alcohol 40% – enough to obtain 1000 ml of the drug

How to take, the dosage

Phyto Novo-Sed is taken orally.

Adults, 0.5 teaspoon (2.5 ml) diluted in 1/4 cup (50 ml) of water, 3 times a day 30 minutes before or 40 minutes after meals.

The course of treatment is up to 2 weeks.

Lengthening the duration and carrying out repeated courses of treatment is possible on the doctor’s recommendation.

Interaction

No clinically significant interaction of Phyto Novo-Seda with other drugs was found (the drug can be used in combination with NSAIDs, analgesics, antibiotics).

Special Instructions

In the recommended doses, Phyto Novo-Sed does not cause drowsiness or attention deficit, which allows it to be taken during the day.

The ethanol content of the product is at least 33%. A single dose of the product contains 0.83 ml of ethanol (recalculated to absolute alcohol).

With caution (due to the presence of ethanol in the drug):
