Pectusin is a combined drug.

Menthol is a local irritant, whose effect is mainly due to reflex reactions associated with irritation of sensitive receptors of mucous membranes. It has a mild local anesthetic (“distracting”) effect, has mild antiseptic properties.

Eucalyptus oil has a stimulating effect on the receptors of mucous membranes and has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial action.

Indications

Inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract, sore throat, laryngitis, bronchitis.
