Pectusin, tablets 10 pcs

Pectusin is a combined drug.

Menthol is a local irritant, whose effect is mainly due to reflex reactions associated with irritation of sensitive receptors of mucous membranes.

It has a mild local anesthetic (“distracting”) effect, has mild antiseptic properties.

Eucalyptus oil has a stimulating effect on the receptors of mucous membranes and has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial action.

Indications

Inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract, angina, laryngitis, bronchitis.

Composition

1 tablet contains:

Active ingredients:

Racementol 4 mg;

Eucalyptus twig leaf oil 500 mcg;

Associates:

sugar powder, 0.75 g;

sodium salt of carboxymethylcellulose – 0.012 g;

calcium stearate – 0.0035 g.

How to take, the dosage

Topically. The tablets should be kept in the mouth until complete resorption, without chewing.

Adults – 1 tablet 3-4 times a day; children over 8 years – 1-2 tablets a day.

The duration of treatment is 5 days.

Contraindications

High sensitivity to the components of the drug. Children under 8 years of age. Sucrose/isomaltase deficiency, fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption.
