Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any of the drug components, severe hepatic and/or renal insufficiency, drug dependence (including anamnesis), hyperkinesia, myasthenia, severe anemia, porphyria, diabetes, hypofunction of adrenal glands, hyperthyroidism, depression, bronchoobstructive diseases, active alcoholism, pregnancy, lactation.

This dosage form is not used in children under 3 years of age.

With caution: in frail patients (high risk of paradoxical agitation, depression, and confusion even with normal doses).
