Ornithine has detoxifying, hypoazotemic, hepatoprotective, hypoammonemic effects. It utilizes ammonium groups in the synthesis of urea (ornithine cycle). It reduces the concentration of ammonia in the blood plasma and normalizes the acid-base state of the blood. It improves the solubility of salts and accelerates their excretion with the urine.

Ornithine, by enhancing the ornithine cycle, accelerates the utilization of organic nitrogen complexes to urea and reduces the synthesis of uric acid. By reducing the synthesis of uric acid, ornithine prevents the formation of kidney stones. Ornithine also stimulates the production of insulin and somatotropic hormone. When taken orally, ornithine aspartate dissociates into its constituent components (ornithine and aspartate), which are absorbed in the small intestine by active transport through the intestinal epithelium. How to take, the dosage

When freely administered by the consumer, it is necessary to follow the dosage indicated on the package. If the drug is prescribed by a doctor, it is possible to change the dosage: one tablet 1-2 times a day, orally, after meals.

Contraindications
