Omron NE-C300 Complete Compressor Nebulizer, model NE-C300-RU, is a modern medical device designed to treat patients suffering from respiratory diseases by inhaling an aerosol of special medications. The device was developed in cooperation with pulmonologists in order to improve efficiency in treatment of asthma, chronic bronchitis, as well as respiratory diseases of allergic and other etiologies. The distinctive feature of the compressor nebulizer Omron Comp Air NE-C300 is that the device creates an aerosol with characteristics suitable for the treatment of various respiratory diseases. By adjusting the nebulization mode switch on the nebulization chamber lid, it is possible to create an aerosol with granulometric characteristics that maximize the drug deposit in the respiratory tract for which the treatment is prescribed. If the switch of atomization modes is in position 1, the particle size is +7.5 microns and is intended for treatment of such diseases as rhinitis, maxillitis and pharyngitis, tonsillitis, laryngitis. If the switch of atomization modes is in position 2, the particle size is 4,5 – 7,5 microns and is intended for treatment of such diseases as tracheitis and tracheobronchitis. If the switch of atomization modes is in position 3, the particle size is 2 – 4,5 microns and is intended for treatment of such diseases as asthma, bronchitis, bronchiolitis, bronchiectasis, bronchopneumonia. To change the position of the atomization mode switch, pull the air inlet up fully with one hand and turn the switch to the desired position with the other hand. Then release the air intake to lock in position. If the air intake is not pulled up, the switch cannot be turned. Accidental turning of the switch is prevented by a locking mechanism.
