Directions for use

Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 200 ml of water or fruit juice without pulp at room temperature. Consume in pauses during training or competitive activity.

The recommended number of packets per day is two for children 7-11 years old, two or three for children 12 years and older.

The Olympic Junior Pit-Stop is a composition of vitamins B1, B2 and B6, the electrolyte minerals potassium and sodium, carbohydrates with different glycemic indexes and absorption rates, and dietary fiber for child athletes from 7 years of age.

The carbohydrate components – fructose and maltodextrin – contribute to the optimal osmolarity of the ready beverage and the ability to maintain the energy balance of the body of a young athlete throughout the period of increased physical activity.

Pectins are soluble dietary fibers – polysaccharides capable of adsorbing and ensuring subsequent excretion of salts of heavy metals as well as decomposition products formed in the body under the influence of various factors, including intensive physical activity. In addition, pectins have a positive effect on the preservation and maintenance of beneficial intestinal microflora, which is also important for the immune and digestive systems, as well as the detoxification system.

The electrolyte minerals sodium and potassium, when taken in a timely supplement, help prevent imbalances in the water-electrolyte balance in the athlete’s body during intensive physical activity.

B vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, pyridoxine) are involved in the regulation of energy and plastic metabolism and contribute to the protection of the nervous system against intensive sports loads.
