Nutrilon^®PeptiGastro

Impaired intestinal absorption syndrome and food intolerance can occur with allergies to cow’s milk proteins, after gastric and/or intestinal surgery, impaired fat absorption and inflammatory bowel disease.

Nutrilon^®PeptiGastro is based on international recommendations for the relief of symptoms of food intolerance and impaired intestinal absorption. The blend is suitable for long-term use.

Because of the special composition of Nutrilon^®PeptiGastro:

• has low residual allergenicity due to the presence of specially processed (highly hydrolyzed) whey protein, whose amino acid spectrum matches that of breast milk;
• Meets the high energy needs of an infant with impaired intestinal absorption through high-calorie special fats (medium-chain triglycerides);
• Nucleotide content regulates the gut barrier function and improves digestion
• Good tolerance in lactase deficiencies.

The high effectiveness of Nutrilon^®PeptiGastro has been proven in international clinical trials.

The effectiveness of the formula is due to the use of, among other ingredients, highly hydrolyzed whey protein. This is why the blend tastes a bitter or tart.

The stools of the baby who receives the formula may turn greenish, which is also due to the hydrolyzed protein in the formula. This change is common in all whey protein hydrolysate-based formulas.

Composition

Glucose syrup, concentrate of hydrolyzed whey proteins (from cow’s milk), medium-chain triglycerides (from coconut oil and/or palm oil), vegetable oils (rapeseed, sunflower, palm oil, oil from Mortierellaalpina), emulsifier – esterglycerol and citric and fatty acids, sources of minerals (calcium phosphate, dicalium hydrophosphate, potassium chloride, calcium carbonate, sodium chloride, magnesium chloride, iron sulfate, zinc sulfate, copper sulfate, manganese sulfate, potassium iodide, sodium selenite) fish oil, choline chloride, vitamin sources (L-ascorbic acid, L-ascorbate sodium, DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, D-biotin, folic acid, DL-alpha-tocopherol, retinol palmitate, riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride, cholecalciferol, phytomenadione, cyanocobalamin), taurine, inositol, L-Carnitine, nucleotides (uridine 5-monophosphate sodium salt, cytidine 5-monophosphate, adenosine 5-monophosphate, inosine 5-monophosphate sodium salt, guanosine 5-monophosphate sodium salt).

May contain traces of soy.
