Cow’s milk proteins are a common cause of food allergies in babies in their first year of life. Therefore, if the child has an allergy to cow’s milk proteins and the mother’s breast milk is not enough, it is important to choose a diet with reduced allergenic properties, and at the same time, contributing to healthy and proper development. It’s not uncommon for allergies to interfere with a baby’s normal development.

The Nutrilon^® Peptic Allergy baby formula has been developed on the basis of international recommendations specifically for children with cow’s milk protein allergy. Thanks to deeply cleaved whey protein whose amino acid spectrum matches that of breast milk, Nutrilon^® Peptic Allergy effectively relieves allergy symptoms, including those such as atopic dermatitis.

The effectiveness of this formula is due to the use of, among other ingredients, highly hydrolyzed whey protein. The blend therefore tastes a little bitter or tart.

The stools of the baby who has been given the formula may turn greenish, which is also due to the hydrolyzed protein in the formula. This change is common with all whey protein hydrolysate-based formulas.
