A complete, balanced, high-protein, calcium and phosphorus blend containing medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) for adults and children over 3 years of age who need a high-protein diet for various diseases when regular food intake is impossible, limited or insufficient. It is used in the form of a drink or supplementary feeding, as well as enteral tube feeding. It can be used as the only source of nutrients and energy for a long time, as well as a supplement to dietary nutrition. Easily soluble in drinking water. Rheological properties allow to administer the mixture through probes of any diameter, including nipple probes.

Indications

Injuries, bone injuries, burns, critical conditions, post-operative complications and in oncology. It is used in the form of a drink, enteral probe feeding or in addition to dietary nutrition. Polytrauma, craniocerebral, combined, burns, burn disease. Nutrition with fluid restrictions. Nutritional insufficiency, cachexia. Enteral nutrition of patients in critical states in intensive care wards, burn units. Nutrition in pre- and postoperative periods. Purulent-septic conditions (wound infection, sepsis, peritonitis). Nutritional deficiencies in cancer, chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Geriatrics, psychiatry (inability or refusal to eat, loss of appetite, anorexia). Physical and emotional overload, radiation injuries, extreme conditions. Acute exogenous poisonings, infectious diseases.

Composition

Maltodextrin, milk protein, medium-chain triglycerides, vegetable oils (soybean, low-caraway rapeseed), sucrose, minerals (sodium citrate, potassium phosphate, magnesium chloride, sodium chloride, potassium citrate, calcium carbonate, zinc sulfate, iron sulfate, manganese chloride, copper sulfate, potassium iodide, chromium chloride, sodium selenite) Vitamins (ascorbic acid, nicotinamide, tocopherol acetate, calcium pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin, retinol acetate, folic acid, d-biotin, phylloquinone, cyanocobalamin, cholecalciferol), β-carotene, choline bitartrate, taurine, L-carnitine, emulsifier (lecithin), antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate).

How to take, the dosage

It is recommended to prepare the product immediately before use. To do this, dilute the required amount of the product in boiled water 40-50 C, stirring constantly. It is necessary to dissolve the product in 2/3 of the volume of water, then add the remaining water to the desired volume of ready meal and mix thoroughly.

Contraindications

Intolerance of any component of the mixture, severe gastrointestinal disorders (intestinal obstruction, paresis, gastrointestinal surgery), decompensated liver cirrhosis.
