How to take, the dosage

Oral

In pregnancy:

Take Norvesol 8 capsules a day, that is 4 in the morning and evening after meals. Such a dosage will allow the pregnant woman to maintain health and provide the growing body of the future baby with the necessary amount of omega-3 acids.

Doctors recommend starting to take omega-3 acids during the planning stage of pregnancy, or at the earliest stages. In this case, the first effect will be noticeable in 2-4 weeks of intake, the maximum effect is achieved in 2-3 months from the beginning of regular intake.

If the mother did not take omega-3 acids during pregnancy, but began taking Norvesol during lactation, the mother will notice an improvement in her condition after 3-5 weeks.

The clinics of the Institute of Obstetrics and Gynecology named after Ott in St. Petersburg, Russia, have proven that Norvesol can improve the condition of the mother in three to five weeks. In St. Petersburg it was proven that daily intake of 8 capsules of Norvesol produced a noticeable effect after 3 weeks. Children of women who took Norvesol are born more healthy than normal children.

Domestic doctors recommend taking 8 capsules of Norvesol per day: 2 capsules four times a day, or 4 capsules in the morning and evening after meals.

Because atopic dermatitis is based on the inability of the body to absorb a significant proportion of omega-3 fatty acids from food, the intake of Norvesol must be long or constant.
