How to take, the dosage

Multifort for adults is recommended to take 1 effervescent tablet a day with a meal, first diluting it in 200 ml of water.

Multifort for children is also taken with food.

For children from 4 to 7 years it is recommended to take 1 effervescent tablet dissolved in 200 ml of liquid per day, the child from 7 years can increase the dose to 1-2 tablets.
