How to take, the dosage

Ingestion. Adults take 1.5-3 mg 30-40 minutes before going to bed once a day.

As an adaptogen when changing time zones: 1 day before the flight and during the next 2-5 days 3 mg 30-40 minutes before sleep.

The maximum daily dose is up to 6 mg per day.

Interaction

Melatonin enhances the effect of central nervous system depressants and beta-adrenoblockers.

It is not recommended to take melatonin together with hormonal drugs.

Melatonin is incompatible with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), glucocorticosteroids and cyclosporine.

Special Instructions
