Pharmacodynamics

The pharmacological action of the drug is due to the active ingredients in its composition.

Atropinum sulfuricum (Atropinum) D50.5 g;

Mercurius cyanatus (Mercurius) D80.4 g;

Auxiliary substances:

Ethanol 94% (by weight);

Glycerin 85%;

Purified water – in the ratio 5:10:85

How to take, the dosage

Ingestion, hold in the mouth for some time before swallowing.

The drug should be taken 20-30 minutes before or after meals.

In the acute stage of the disease, 1 dose of the drug should be taken as soon as possible after the onset of the first symptoms of the disease. It is recommended to take the drug every 30 minutes to 1 hour (but not more than 12 times a day) for 7 days. After the onset of improvement, frequency of taking the drug is reduced to 1-3 times a day. The duration of the course of treatment is according to the doctor’s prescription.

A single dose: adults and children over 12 years – 5-10 drops; children from 1 to 6 years – 2-5 drops; from 6 to 12 years – 3-6 drops.

Interaction

Taking homeopathic medicines does not preclude treatment with other medicines.

This is important information on which the effectiveness of treatment depends.

Please be aware that taking multiple remedies at the same time can lead to either a mutually reinforcing healing effect (with the potential for side effects or symptoms of overdose) or a depressing effect on one another (the consequence of this is no effect of treatment).

Special Instructions

The earlier the treatment is started, the quicker and more effective the remedy is. Taking homeopathic remedies may temporarily worsen the disease (initial worsening). In this case, stop taking the remedy and consult a doctor.

If there is no improvement in the acute condition after 3 days, the remedy should be stopped and a doctor consulted.

The drug contains 6% ethanol (ethyl alcohol). Do not exceed the recommended dosage, as exceeding the dose may decrease the speed of psychomotor reactions.

Impact on the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery. There is no effect of the drug on the ability to drive and operate vehicles when taking in recommended doses, but due to the presence of 6% ethanol (ethyl alcohol) in the drug, drivers of vehicles should avoid taking it before driving.

Contraindications

High sensitivity to the components of the drug; children under 1 year of age (insufficient experience in clinical use).

Side effects

Allergic reactions and, very rarely, increased salivation are possible.

Overdose

There have been no reported cases of overdose to date.

Pregnancy use

The use of the drug is possible if the expected benefit to the mother exceeds the potential risk to the fetus and child. A physician’s consultation is necessary.
