Morena dye extract is antispasmodic, diuretic.

The main active ingredient of the drug is dry Marena dye extract obtained from rhizomes and roots of Marena dye – Rubia tinctorum L. and its Georgian variety Rubia tinctorum L. var.iberica Fisch. Ex DC. ( R.iberica (Fisch ex DC.) Koch, Rubiaceae.

Dry extract of Rubia tinctorum has diuretic and antispasmodic effects, promotes loosening of urinary calculi containing calcium and magnesium phosphates and their removal from the kidneys and urinary tract.

Indications

Pills of Marena dye extract are used in adults with renal stone disease to reduce cramps and facilitate the removal of small stones and sand.

Marenica dye extract dry0.25 g;

Ancillary substances:

Lactose (milk sugar),

Potato starch,

colloidal silicon dioxide (aerosil A380),

calcium stearate,

croscarmellose sodium – q.s. to obtain a tablet with a mass of 0.5 g

crosscarmellose sodium – q.

How to take, the dosage

The drug is prescribed orally 1 tablet 3 times a day.

If necessary, the dose can be increased to 2-3 tablets 3 times a day.

The tablets should be dissolved in 1/2 cup of warm water before taking.

The course of treatment is 20-30 days.

The second course of treatment may be carried out after 4-6 weeks after consultation with the doctor.

Contraindications

High sensitivity to the drug components, acute and chronic glomerulonephritis, expressed renal failure, peptic ulcer disease, galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption.

Side effects

Allergic reactions are possible.
