Lomexin is an antifungal topical.

It has fungistatic and fungicidal action. It also has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.

Vaginal trichomoniasis, genital candidiasis.

fenticonazole nitrate – 2 g;

Excipients:

propylene glycol – 5 g;

hydrogenated lanolin – 1 g;

almond oil – 10 g;

cetyl alcohol – 3 g;

glycerol monostearate – 3 g;

sodium edetate – 0.5 g;

polyglycol ester of fatty acids – 15 g;

purified water – 60 g.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the drug.

Side Effects

Allergic reactions: rarely – urticaria, rash, erythema.

Local reactions: burning, itching, irritation at the site of application of the drug.

Side effects are transient and do not require discontinuation of the drug.
