LitA-Color Wound Healing Gel, 75 ml

Lita-Color-2 Gel is designed to treat wounds of any origin and at any stage of the wound process, including purulent and necrotic complications.

• It is a ready-to-use sterile dosed wound coating that not only provides mechanical protection to the wound, but also actively affects it, stimulating early healing. It is characterized by ease of use in a variety of conditions.
• Lita-Color -2 Gel preserves every living cell in the wound, creates the most favorable conditions for the repair of damaged tissues, ensures the movement of fluid between the wound and the dressing, reduces the concentration of decay products in the wound, has a strong antibacterial effect.

The wound healing gel (gel dressing “LitA-Color-2”) has a biostimulating and antimicrobial action thanks to its therapeutic composition (unique biostimulator “Exolin® + broad-spectrum antibiotic – gentamicin). The basis of wound-healing gel “LitA-Color-2” – hydrogel – creates optimal conditions for successful and rapid healing of the wound. The use of the gel has shown high efficiency in the treatment of various skin and mucous membrane injuries.

For obtaining collagen extract raw products of the poultry industry are used; the specific features of these products are the ability of tissues to grow and develop quickly programmed at the genetic level, which is retained even after processing and is demonstrated in the use of Exolin® in accelerated wound healing with good cosmetic effect as well as hypoallergenicity.

Gentamicin: has a broad spectrum of antimicrobial action and specifically kills wound infection (stophylococcus, Pseudomonas bacillus – the main pathogens of wound infections).

The result of wound healing depends directly on how and under what conditions healing occurs:

If nothing interferes with the healing process, a smooth, inconspicuous scar is formed.

If, however, the wound is heavily contaminated with germs and foreign material that has entered it, then the use of conventional dressings, especially untimely or inept, often complicates the natural healing process, it is delayed in time and ends in a gross pathological scar that is rich in excessive connective tissue, deforming the surrounding skin and interfering with the function of the damaged organ.

Traditionally, 5% tincture of iodine, absorbent cotton and bandages are used for first aid in wounds. Iodine disinfects the wound, while sterile bandages and absorbent cotton draw back the wound exudate and protect its surface from ingress of foreign particles and germs from the environment.

The effect of this kind of help is usually very short-lived. Iodine, along with germs, kills the living cells in the wound, and the bandage and absorbent cotton quickly become saturated with wound discharge and blood and become a breeding ground for germs. Within a short time, the dressing dries to the wound and causes additional skin trauma and pain when it is replaced.

Composition

Active ingredients: biologically active composition – “Exolin”® – proprietary drug – collagen extract; gentamicin sulfate – antibiotic.

Auxiliary substances: as the basis for the production of “Exolin”® we use collagen – a protein that provides structural strength to tissues (skin, muscles, tendons, bones) and has a very high biostimulating property due to hyaluronic acids.

How to take, the dosage

The gel is applied 1-2 times a day to the affected area. If necessary, apply a gauze bandage.

Contraindications

High sensitivity to the components of the drug. Children under 3 years of age (add).
