The three lipotropic components choline, inositol, methionine contribute:

How the ingredients work

L-methionine is α-amino-ү-methylthionic acid, one of the essential amino acids.

It helps remove excess fat from the liver, participates in the synthesis of biologically important compounds and activates the action of vitamins, hormones and enzymes.

Deficiency of methionine leads to disruption of metabolic processes in the body and in particular to disturbance of lipid metabolism and liver obesity.

Methionine also together with inositol and choline are active in removing fats and toxins from liver cells.

Inositol (inositol, vitamin B8) increases the production of lecithin by the body.

In this way, it promotes the metabolism of fats and may provide a decrease in blood cholesterol levels.

Accompanying choline, it helps prevent the accumulation of fat in the arteries (arterial vessels) and supports the health of the heart and kidneys.

Inositol also helps to nourish brain cells, protect eye membranes and intestinal cells.

Choline (vitamin B4) is a vitamin-like compound necessary for the proper functioning and structure of every cell in the human body.

If the body lacks choline, the formation of phospholipids is impaired, resulting in delayed assimilation of fat, which accumulates in tissues.

Choline thus prevents tissue deposition of fat; this lipotropic effect is greatest in the liver, since it is the organ in which both the synthesis and the breakdown of phospholipids occurs.
