Indications

Symptomatic treatment of acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI), fever (up to 38º C), headache, nasal congestion, pain when swallowing, cough.

Special instructions

The granules contain sucrose (0.43 XE in one single dose), which must be taken into account in patients suffering from diabetes mellitus, as well as on a low-calorie diet.

In case of an increase in body temperature above 38º C, increased cough, wheezing in the lungs, purulent sputum, rhinorrhea with purulent discharge, sore throat, the drug should be stopped and consult a doctor, antibacterial therapy, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are prescribed.

Impact on the ability to drive a car and operate machinery

The drug does not affect the ability to perform potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions (driving a car and other vehicles, working with driving mechanisms, working as a dispatcher and operator, etc.).

Contraindications

Individual hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, sucrose/isomaltase deficiency, fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption, pregnancy and lactation, children under 18 years of age.

With caution: severe dysfunction of the liver, kidneys, cardiovascular system; increased blood clotting.

Side Effects

With increased individual sensitivity, allergic reactions may occur.

Interaction

Simultaneous use with antitussive drugs, as well as with drugs that reduce the formation of sputum, is not recommended, as this makes it difficult to cough up liquefied sputum.

Overdose

To date, no cases of overdose have been described.

Recommendations for use

Orally for adults, 1 sachet packet 2-3 times a day after meals. Dissolve the contents of one sachet package in a glass of hot water and drink slowly.

The course of treatment is 7-8 days. Increasing the duration of treatment is possible on the recommendation of a doctor.
