Adults: 1 tablet 2 times a day with meals in the morning. The course is 3-4 weeks.

For athletes in the pre-competition period:

Week 1: 2 tablets of Leveton P + 1 tablet of Elton P 3 times a day.

Week 2: 2 tablets of Elton P + 1 tablet of Leveton P 3 times a day.

WEEK 3: 2 tablets of Leveton P + 2 tablets of Elton P 2 times a day.

Week 4: 2 tablets of Leveton P + 1 tablet of Elton P 3 times a day.
