How to take, the dosage

10 g (2-3 tablespoons) of crushed shoots are placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of cold boiled water, cover and insist on a boiling water bath for 15 min, cool at room temperature for 45 min, strain, squeeze the remaining raw material.

The volume of the resulting infusion bring boiled water to 200 ml.

Warm oral intake 1/3 – 1/4 cup 2-3 times daily.

The course of treatment is 2 weeks.

Before using the infusion is recommended to shake.
