Lecithin (a Greek word meaning “yolk”) is a combination of phospholipids (phosphatidylcholine, inositol and others), the intake of which is very important to maintain the normal functioning of the human body.

Lecithin is the main building component of the intercellular space, its role is important for the nervous system, liver, brain. It is also a component of cell membranes and protective membranes of certain organs and helps maintain cell metabolism.

How to take, the dosage

Twice a day, 1 dessert spoon (7-10 grams) of granulated powder before meals, wash down with water or juice.

You may use for children from 2 years old.

You can mix it with yogurt.

The recommended course of ingestion is 30-40 days.
