Leaves of nettle 33.3 %,

Yarrow herb 16.7 %

How to take, the dosage

Internal.

Pounded raw material: for decoction about 6 g (1 tablespoon) of the collection is placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, put the lid on and heated in a boiling water bath for 30 min, cooled at room temperature for 10 min, strain, squeeze the remaining raw material.

The volume of the resulting broth was adjusted with boiled water to the original volume of 200 ml.
Take 1/2-1 cup at night.
