Directions for use

Heat 1-3 liters of ultra-pasteurized (sterilized) milk to a temperature of 36-40 oC, add a sachet of Yogurt starter and mix thoroughly.

Pour the mixture into the yogurt machine or a thermos or other container, previously wrapped in a warm cloth, and leave it for 8-10 hours.

Then put the yogurt in the fridge for 2-5 hours, stir it up and you can consume it.
