Kefir is a fermented milk drink that differs from other products by the unique set of bacteria and kefir fungi that make up its composition.

In addition, kefir has immune-stimulating, calming and mild diuretic effects.

Directions for use

Preheat 1 to 3 liters of ultra-pasteurized (sterilized) milk to a temperature of 30-32oC, add a sachet of starter and mix thoroughly.

Pour the mixture into the yogurt pot or a thermos or other container, previously wrapped in a warm cloth and leave it for 10-12 hours.

Then place in the fridge for 2-5 hours, stir it up and you are ready to use.
