Adults and children over 14 years: 5 drops (0.25 ml) once a day with a meal; adults and children over 14 years of age who are under constant physical and emotional stress – 10 drops (0.5 ml) 1-2 times a day with a meal, pre-dissolved in a small amount of water or other beverage.
