Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) is found in all human cells. It is a key player in cellular respiration (it regulates bioenergetic reactions in mitochondria). Total in a healthy person contains about 1 g of coenzyme Q10. A deficiency of 25% of this substance disrupts energy production in cells, which manifests itself in reduced performance, signs of premature aging, etc., while a 75% deficiency is incompatible with life.

Coenzyme Q10 plays a special role in protecting skin cells, where it prevents them from damage by ultraviolet and reactive oxygen species. This protection firstly preserves the structure of collagen and elastin molecules (the “framework” of the skin) and secondly, it prevents “dryness” of the skin, i.e., the loss of fatty acids (the skin’s natural “lubricant”).

Coenzyme Q10, like vitamins, is taken from food but can be produced in the body. As we age, our own synthesis of Q10 decreases and more and more of it must come from outside the body. This is why it is believed that the level of coenzyme Q10 in the body is a measure of its “biological” age

Vitamin E (tocopherol) is present in all body tissues and is found, like coenzyme Q10, in cell membranes. It protects them from oxidation and therefore ensures that they retain their structural integrity and functional activity. With a lack of vitamin E in the diet increases susceptibility to infectious diseases, risk of cardiovascular disorders, skin diseases, inflammatory processes.

The combined action of coenzyme Q10 and vitamin E helps to maintain and increase physical and mental activity, stimulates the immune system and prevents premature aging.

How to take, the dosage

Take 10-11 drops (0.5 ml) 1-2 times a day with meals, pre-dissolved in boiled water or a drink.

The prophylactic course is 2 months. Two prophylactic courses a year are advisable for maximum effectiveness.

The drug is allowed to have a natural sediment.
