How to take, the dosage

In accordance with the instructions to Yodopyron, before using the drug in the form of aerosol the can with the substance should be shaken, the safety cap should be removed and the nozzle should be put on the valve stem. After that the end of the balloon should be brought to the affected area and gently press on the nozzle head until it stops. The drug is not used upside down. To treat wounds and burns the foam should be applied in an even layer with a thickness of 10-15 mm 2 times a day. To prepare for rectal surgery the drug should be administered (by double-pressing the head of the balloon up to the stop) in the evening, 20 minutes before the operation and after the operation. Before each use of the aerosol the nozzle should be rinsed with steep boiling water or boiled for 5 minutes.

Interaction

There are no drug interactions when treating with Iodopyron together with other drugs.

There are no special instructions for taking Iodopyron.

Contraindications

According to the instructions to Iodopyron, the drug is not recommended for use by people with hypersensitivity to iodine.

Side effects

Dry skin, skin itching. Allergic reactions to components of the drug (skin hyperemia, urticaria). When applied to a large wound surface a burning sensation may quickly pass, which soon disappears. In case of contact of the ointment with the mucous membranes it is recommended to wash it off with water.

Overdose

In case of overdose of the ointment, solution or aerosol of Iodopyron, an increase in the side effects of the drug is possible.
