Directions for use

For children from 3 years old. It is recommended to consult a doctor before use. Severe dehydration, continued loss of salt and water: Dissolve 1 sachet in 200 ml of water (5 sachets/liter). Drink 1-2 liters of the solution daily or as recommended by your doctor. It is necessary to observe this ratio to get the necessary level of electrolytes.

Other cases of dehydration and increased need for water and electrolytes: Dissolve 2-3 sachets in 1 liter of water, drink as needed.
