Inoltra – stimulates the regeneration of cartilage tissue, chondroprotective, analgesic, anti-inflammatory.

Inoltra® inhibits processes of degeneration and stimulates processes of cartilage regeneration; maintains elasticity and flexibility of cartilage, filling the deficit of chondroitin sulfate in the main extracellular cartilage matrix, inhibiting synthesis of metalloproteases, PG, antibodies to collagen, inhibiting apoptosis of chondrocytes; It has a stimulating effect on chondrocytes, increases the synthesis of proteoglycans, collagen and hyaluronic acid, increases RNA content in chondrocytes.

Inhibiting inflammation, relieves pain, improves joint mobility in the long term by forming sufficient synovial fluid, increasing its viscosity and suppressing the activity of cartilage-decomposing enzymes. Reduces joint swelling and inflammation, prevents the development of autoimmune diseases (including rheumatoid arthritis); reduces the risk of thrombosis and keeps blood vessel walls in tone. The properties of the ingredients in the product determine their action.

The glucosamines (D-glucosamine sulfate and N-acetyl D-glucosamine) form and support the cartilage matrix structure and ensure its strength, normalize the synovial fluid composition and restore the fluidity and painlessness of movement.

Chondroitin sulfate promotes hydration of cartilage and increases its cushioning ability and anti-inflammatory action.

Eicosapentaenoic (EPA) and docosahexaenoic (DHA) acids suppress autoimmune reactions and reduce swelling in inflammation of the joints (including rheumatoid arthritis).

Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) has an antiproliferative effect.

The essential omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids contained in the product are substrates for the synthesis of anti-inflammatory PG1 and PG3 and substrate inhibit the synthesis of inflammatory PG2.

Ascorbyl palmitate (a highly effective fat-soluble form of vitamin C) has antioxidant properties and is involved in the synthesis of collagen, in the formation of chondrocytes, maintaining the structure and functioning of cartilage tissue.

Vitamin E has an independent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity, protects against oxidation of PUFAs (EPA, DHA and GLA).

Manganese aspartate promotes better absorption of glucosamine, participates in the absorption of chondroitin sulfate and increases mitochondrial superoxide dismutase activity. Supports osteogenesis, promotes normal metabolism of connective tissue, regeneration and repair of cartilage tissue.

How to take, the dosage

Overly, 30 minutes before a meal with water.

Adults – 2 capsules 2 times a day or, according to the manufacturer’s recommendations – depending on body weight – 1-3 capsules 3 times a day (patients weighing up to 68 kg – 1 capsule, from 68 to 90 kg – 2 capsules, over 90 kg – 3 capsules).

The duration of treatment is 3-4 months.

If necessary the course of treatment should be repeated.
