Inositol
Inositol (Myo-Inositol, Vitamin B8) is a B vitamin factor.

For vegetables, citrus fruits, whole grains, dried fruits (peanuts), seeds (wheat germ), legumes (beans) and yeast contain the highest amounts of inositol. Fruits and fresh vegetables contain more inositol than frozen, canned and salted foods.

In humans, it is present in phospholipids and can stimulate endogenous lecithin production. In addition, its biological role consists of specific effects that control fat and sugar metabolism and cellular functions of the nervous system. Finally, it is important for hair growth and the prevention of baldness.

It has been scientifically proven that inositol can influence certain hormonal parameters, for example: it helps reduce plasma levels of LH (luteinizing hormone), testosterone and prolactin and is also involved in lowering the LH/FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) ratio.

Inositol is involved in restoring regularity of the menstrual cycle and ovulation. Due to its modulating effect on ovarian function, inositol is used in protocols of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation.

How to take, the dosage

Inofert can be taken at any time during the day.

It is recommended for adults to take 1 sachet a day with meals.

Dissolve the powder in a glass of water.

The duration of intake is 1 month.
