Ingasalin forte hypertonic sterile 7%, 5 ml, 30 pcs

The Ingasalin^® forte solution is designed to accelerate the expectoration of viscous secretions (sputum) in the respiratory tract through an osmotic mechanism. The high concentration of salt attracts water and promotes rehydration of bronchial mucus.

Hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate), a component of Ingasalin® fort, has the ability to bind large amounts of water molecules and keep them in the interfibrillar space, participates in protective mechanisms by stimulating the movement of cilia and protects lung tissue from the damaging effects of enzymes.

The presence of hyaluronic acid in Ingasalin^® forte significantly improves tolerance and adherence to therapy.

Ingasalin^® forte is especially indicated for patients with cystic fibrosis and bronchiectasis.

The medical product Ingasalin^® forte is intended for self-administration at home as well as for use in health care facilities.

Indications

Diseases of the respiratory system, which are accompanied by difficult separation of viscous secretions (sputum) in the respiratory tract:

acute bronchitis;
exacerbation of chronic bronchitis;
bronchiectasis;
cystic fibrosis.

Pharmacological effect

Ingasalin® forte solution is intended to accelerate the discharge of viscous secretions (sputum) in the respiratory tract due to the osmotic mechanism. The high salt concentration attracts water and helps rehydrate bronchial mucus.

Hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate), a component of Ingasalin® forte, has the ability to bind a large number of water molecules and hold them in the interfibrillar space, participates in protective mechanisms, stimulating the movements of cilia, and protects lung tissue from the harmful effects of enzymes.

Due to the presence of hyaluronic acid in the composition of Ingasalin® forte, patient tolerance and adherence to therapy significantly improves.

Ingasalin® forte is especially indicated for patients with cystic fibrosis and bronchiectasis.

The medical product Ingasalin® forte is intended for independent use at home, as well as for use in medical institutions.

Special instructions

The solution refers to products for individual and single use.

Ingasalin® forte is intended for inhalation only.

The first use of the solution should occur under the supervision of a physician or qualified personnel.

The use of the solution by children should be under the supervision of an adult.

For people who are especially sensitive to the solution, premedication with bronchodilators is recommended at the beginning of treatment, which helps prevent bronchospasmodic reactions. Premedication with bronchodilators should be carried out under the supervision of a physician.

In the event of an attack of bronchospasm or persistent cough, the patient must interrupt treatment and inform the attending physician.

The solution should not be used if, upon first opening the ampoule, it was noticed that it was damaged or not tightly closed.

The remaining contents of the ampoule should not be reused.

Do not mix hypertonic solution with other drugs.

Recycling procedure

It is allowed to dispose of the product (including unused solution) in accordance with SanPiN 2.1.7.2790 as class A waste (epidemiologically safe waste, similar in composition to solid household waste).

Impact on the ability to drive vehicles and machinery

It is unlikely to affect the ability to drive vehicles, operate machinery or engage in other potentially hazardous activities if the solution is used correctly.

Ingasalin® forte is not a product that can affect a person’s psychomotor state.

Composition

Per 1 ml:

Active ingredients:

sodium chloride – 70 mg,

sodium hyaluronate -1.0 mg,

Excipients:

water for injection – up to 1 ml

Pregnancy

There is no data on the use of Ingasalin® forte during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the solution.

Side Effects

Possible: allergic reactions.

Recommendations for use

It is recommended to use any jet or membrane nebulizer.

Breathing should be at a normal pace throughout inhalation therapy, which lasts about 10 minutes.

For inhalation, use a solution at room temperature.

Use 1 ampoule (4 or 5 ml) of solution 2 times a day or as prescribed by a doctor. Treatment can be started with a smaller amount of solution and the dose increased gradually.

Procedure for working with the solution

1. Before using the solution, you must read the nebulizer manufacturer’s instructions.

2. Prepare the nebulizer according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

3. Take the ampoule and shake it, holding it by the neck (Fig. 1).

4. Squeeze the ampoule with your hand, without releasing the solution, and use a rotating motion to turn and separate the valve (Fig. 2).

5. Squeeze the solution into the nebulizer reservoir (Fig. 3).

6. Use the nebulizer according to its manufacturer’s instructions.

7. Any solution left unused in the nebulizer chamber should be discarded immediately after each use.

8. Wash the nebulizer thoroughly.

The instructions for use, maintenance and cleaning of the nebulizer must be followed.

Storage conditions

Ingasalin® forte should be stored out of the reach of children at a temperature of 2°C to 30°C.

Shelf life

3 years. Do not use after the expiration date.
