The plant-based Herbastress product is a complex of vitamins and natural herbal products to help overcome daily stress and better adapt to the fast pace of modern life.

Herbastress contains 5 plant extracts that help optimize nervous system function. Passiflora and hops, the main components of the complex, help to reduce nervous tension and anxiety, facilitate relaxation and eliminate sleep disorders.

Chamomile is a mild sedative and anti-stressor. Oats reduce depression and help strengthen the nervous system. The tonic effect inherent in Siberian ginseng balances the calming effect of other constituents, so Herbastress does not cause drowsiness and does not reduce the reaction.

The complex is supplemented with vitamins B6 and B12, which are necessary for the normal functioning of the nervous system and are intensively spent in times of stress, and improves the effect of herbal products contained in the complex.

Composition

1 Herbastress tablet contains:

50 mg of Passiflora (Passiflora incarnata) extract,

50 mg of hop inflorescence (Humulus lupulus) extract,

50 mg of oat grain extract (Avena sativa),

30 mg of chamomile flower extract (Matricaria chamomilla),

30 mg extract of Siberian ginseng root (Eleutherococcus senticosus),

2 mg pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6),

3 µg cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

Auxiliary substances:

The texturizers are calcium hydrophosphate anhydrous (E341),

microcrystalline cellulose (E460);

croscarmellose sodium;

the anticomposite – magnesium stearate (E470).

How to take, the dosage

Herbastress is recommended for all persons with nervousness and depression in conditions of increased stress, including at home, during stressful work and study, as well as for women during the premenstrual period and during premenopause.

It is recommended for adults only, 1 tablet daily with a meal and a glass of water.

Consultation with a physician is recommended before use. The recommended period of use is 3 to 4 weeks; further use should be coordinated with the doctor.

It is recommended a varied diet with a predominance of products of vegetable origin, with sufficient proteins, carbohydrates and limitation of fats (at the expense of animals), sweets, alcohol.
