How to take, the dosage

Apply phyto tea as follows: one teaspoon (about one and a half grams) phyto tea pour one glass of boiling water; then let the tea infuse for fifteen to twenty minutes, then strain. It is recommended to take 1/3 cup three times a day, preferably before dinner (in the morning) and with meals.

The usual duration of intake is one month.

Contraindications
