Phytochai “Altai” № 22 “Nephrophyte. With Orthosiphon”. Leaves of orthosiphon stamen (kidney tea) have excellent diuretic properties. How to take, the dosage

1 filter bag pour 1 cup boiling water, leave for 10-15 minutes.

Take adults 1/2 cup 2 times a day with meals.
