Heptrong has an antioxidant effect, helps to stabilize and reduce hepatocyte membrane permeability.
Decreases serum activity of hepatocyte damage markers – ALT, ACT, ALT, GGTP enzymes.
Enhances anti-toxic liver function, improves its protein synthesis and lipid-forming functions. It reduces inflammatory changes in liver, what leads to decrease of destructive process activity, decreases intensity and accelerates disappearance of clinical manifestations of hepatitis (dyspeptic, cholestatic and asthenovegetative syndromes, hepatomegaly);
As a rule the drug is well tolerated without causing painful sensations at the injection site;
The drug is fully included into the metabolic cycle, the final metabolic product is carbon dioxide and water.
