Approximately 10 g (2 tablespoons) of the herb succession are placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, strain.

The volume of the resulting infusion bring boiled water to 200 ml.

Take internal warm 1/4 – 1/3 cup 2-3 times a day after a meal.

Outside: For baths at the rate of 1 cup of infusion for 10 liters of water.

The course of treatment 20-25 days.
