Hyalgel is a drug that restores homeostasis of joints.

Sodium Hyaluronate (Sodium Hyaluronate) is the most important component of synovial (joint) fluid. Sodium Hyaluronate (SH) is a non-sulfated glycosaminoglycan – a polysaccharide of animal origin. The primary indication for injection of GN into joints and related tissues is osteoarthritis, arthrosis, arthritis.
Tizol refers to organometallic complexes based on titanium, the general chemical formula is TU4(ÑÍ702)4(ÑÍ803)10(H2O)40. A unique property of Tizol is its conductivity through skin, mucous membranes and bone tissue at the depth up to 8 cm – this parameter is the maximum among all known transcutaneous conductors. Tizol delivers to the pathological focus, introduced into it the substance, does not destroy it and completely releases it. It was found that glycerosolvate titanium aqua complex when mixed with drugs retains its therapeutic properties, forms stable gels with them, promotes their activity due to transcutaneous properties and transportation to the pathological focus, provides general toxicological acceptability to the body.

Chondroitin sulfate – consists of disaccharide residues of D-glucuronic acid and glucosaminoglucan (2acetamido-2-deoxy-b-D-galactopyranose or N-acetylchondrosamine). Refers to a group of chondroprotectors, is a stimulator of tissue regeneration, promotes water retention and restoration of cushioning functions in cartilage tissues. Chondroitin sulfate penetrates into the cartilage matrix structures and thus has a direct effect on metabolic processes. It promotes the synthesis and protection of collagen, which is the structural basis of all connective tissue structures.

Boswellia extract is derived from the resin of the deciduous tree Boswellia serrata L, of the family Burzeraceae. Boswellia inhibits pro-inflammatory mediators, especially leukotrienes. At the same time, it does not reduce glycosaminoglycan synthesis and does not cause any adverse effects. It shows pronounced antiseptic, antimicrobial and sedative properties. It is widely used in inflammatory diseases of the joints and improves metabolism.

The synovial fluid is found in all synovial joints, where it ensures normal pain-free movement due to its lubricating and cushioning properties. Hyaluronic acid is a natural polymer that provides the viscoelastic properties of synovial fluid. A healthy synovial joint is in a state of equilibrium or homeostasis. Hyaluronic acid is constantly moving in the joint cavity, but its concentration and molecular weight profile remain constant. In disorders associated with damaged joints, such as osteoarthritis and osteoarthritis, hyaluronic acid in the joint space depolymerizes and splits. Homeostasis is disrupted. Synovial fluid becomes less viscous and its lubricating, shock-absorbing and filtering abilities decrease.

Sodium Hyaluronate solution is actually analogous to human synovial fluid. On this basis, the introduction of Sodium Hyaluronate into the affected joint breaks the key link in the development of arthrosis and affects the very cause of the disease progression. The addition of high molecular weight Sodium Hyaluronate increases the viscoelastic properties of the synovial fluid. This increases the lubricating and cushioning functions and reduces the mechanical stress on the joint. As a rule, it leads to a slowing down of joint destruction in conjunction with the processes of restoration of synovial fluid homeostasis, reduction of pain and increase of joint mobility, which can last for at least several months after the treatment cycle.

How to take, the dosage

A small amount of gel (contents of one tube – 4 g) evenly apply a thin layer to cleansed, moistened skin to the appropriate area of the body, massaging movements once every 3 days. To achieve the desired effect it is recommended to use Gialgel in an amount of 4 to 8 tubes.

Contraindications

Individual intolerance to the components of the gel.

With caution: presence of infected wounds, abrasions in the joint area, infected or severely inflamed joints.
