How to take, the dosage

Inhaled, on an empty stomach, 40 minutes before breakfast. 7 grams (half dessert or full teaspoonful) of Gelenk Narung powder is mixed with non-carbonated water (about 200 ml) and taken once a day.

One pack of Gelenk Narung (600 grams) is for a full course (85 days).
